1.0 General rules
1.0.1 As a part of MIA, obeying its rules and regulations are essential and crucial for everyone. This is to ensure everyone’s safety, peace and fair environment. These are the rules that every MIA staffs has to obey:
1. Respect everyone regardless of their rank, age, culture, religion or beliefs.
2. Double jobbing is prohibited.
3. Bullying, trolling and scamming will not be tolerated.
4. Poaching somebody into any agency or into our agency is strictly not allowed.
4. Asking for promotions, badge admin or room rights are not allowed.
5. Self promotion will not be authorized.
1.0.2 Those staff who are caught disobeying these rules will be receiving warnings and strikes.
1.0.3 However, warning or strikes given to the offenders can be taken away if their behaviour improves.
1.0.4 Staff must have the correct Badge and Motto :
Badges :

Badges :
- All Badges ; Which must be owned by MIA-Official and can be found in the lobby.
- [MIA] Recruit; for Recruit
- [MIA] Current Rank [Promoter's Tag]; Implemented for all staff starting from Standard until Directorates Division.
2.0 command in base
2.0.1 Command in base that should be use for every staff :
1. FTF (Fill The Front) Sit at the front desks of the base and recruit people to work for MIA, and let existing members, SVs and allies in.
2. FTB (Fill The Back) For people who need to go AFK or BRB or are waiting for a working station to become available.
3. ATT (Attention) Stand in front of the higher rank that called ATT, wave, and say “Yes Sir/Ma’am!”
4. AE (At Ease) Called after ATT. Once called, you must return to what you were doing.
5. BTB Back to Base.
6. CTH (Clear The Hallway) Fill any available workstation or FTB to clear the paths of the HQ.

3.0 promotion policy
3.0.1 Similar to any other agencies, MIA also has its Promotion Policy which are the guidelines for those of higher ranks to promote those at lower ranks which is ONE Division lower than than his/her current Division.
3.0.2 These are the promotion rules which has to be followed when promoting staffs:
1. The staff has to be hard working, well behaved and able to fulfill the required promotion time as stated at the rank list section.
2. Skipping ranks whilst promoting someone is not allowed unless if there are any valid reasons.
3. Promotions are only necessary for those who actively works at the work stations which excludes those who are at FTB (Fill The Back).
4. Promoters are not allowed to promote those at higher ranks. (Please refer to the rank list for further information).

7. Operations+ ranks are allowed to promote staffs.

4.0 high rank policy
4.0.1 Higher Ranks are staffs who have higher ranks than the others. The categories start from [MIA] Operations and above.

4.0.2 Staffs who are at [MIA] Senior Management rank and above has these privileges:
1. Able to promote other staffs who are at lower rank than theirs.
2. Able to train new recruits or staffs who just got promoted to new divisions.
3. Able to access to some parts of the base as their rank level up for example, training and security.
. Able to strike other staffs who are against MIA rules or giving negative impacts to the agency with permission from Internal Affairs [IA] Department.
4.0.3 Nonetheless, despite these privileges, staffs of Higher Ranks [HR] are still obligated to obey the rules and regulations of MIA. Further actions will be taken if any HR or staffs caught going against the rules and regulations stated in MIA’s Code of Conduct.

5.0 pay policy
5.0.1 Staff must join MIA Discord Server in order to be eligible to take pay. No payment will be given for those who didn't join the Discord Server yet even they work here for a long time.
5.0.2 Pay amount for each rank :
5.0.3 Pay Time Information :
1. MIA has two pay time which is at 11 AM & 9 PM GMT+8 everyday
2. Staff must have the pay badge before claiming pay on pay time
3. Gate will close when its pay time
4. Staff can get either pay or promotion on pay time each
5. All staff that taking pay must continue working at base for 30 mins after pay time or else getting pay ban for 24 hours
5.0.4 Pay Badge Requirements :
1. Staff must complete a task for each pay which is on-task and off-task
2. Staff must work for 40 mins @ 30 mins regarding ranks at any stations except FTB in order to get pay badge before pay time
3. All record for filling stations must be record using on-task and off-task
4. All record must be doing at Help Desk only
5. Trial iC and above are allowed to record the pay badge requirement for staff
6. Pay Badge will not be removed in 20 days from the date requested
7. If there is any doubt, your pay badge will be rejected from your pay vouch
5.0.5 Pay Ban Issues :
1. Pay ban will be given for those who claiming pay and leave during 30 mins after the pay time
2. Please inform the payer if you need to leave during pay stay. Please state the reasons on leaving and wait until it approved
3. All record on pay stay leave will be approved in our Discord server in #paystay-leave-permission channel
4. For those who getting pay ban, you must wait for 24 hours in order to be allowed to take pay again
5. All record on pay ban is mandatory and please speak with the payer at the moment to inform if there have problem
5.0.6 Bonus Pay will be conducted at 4 PM GMT+8 everyday. There are no specific requirement to get bonus pay and no need to do paystay.
5.0.7 Weekly Bonus Pay Information :
1. Total points to be collected
3. Only Pay Management, Directorates, Foundation Team can approve the complete weekly task
4. Staff can claim the weekly bonus pay only on weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday before 9 pm GMT+8)
5. Staff can complete both weekly activity to gain more coins
5.0.2 Pay amount for each rank :
- Standard - Trainer :- 3c / pay
- Operation - Management :- 3c / pay
- Sr. Management - Administration :- 4c / pay
- Trial iC - Founder Advisor : -6c / pay

- In Base Activity (BAP) - 50 points
3. Only Pay Management, Directorates, Foundation Team can approve the complete weekly task

5. Staff can complete both weekly activity to gain more coins
6.0 transfer policy
6.0.1 The transfer policies are to be followed at all times when transferring a worker of a different agency.
1. Only members of the Transfer Unit (TU) can handle transfer cases.
2. Transfers must ONLY be handled at the transfer desk at the lobby.
3. The person you are transferring must provide evidence (a website) of the position they are in.
4. Transfers are only acceptable if their information is correct and matches the evidence provided.
5. A transfer from someone who has been fired, quit or the agency has closed down is to be denied, as they no longer obtain a rank. (Please refer to Foundation team on this matter.)
6. The highest transferable rank is Trial iC, if you believe that the transferee deserves a higher rank, contact the Foundation team. Do not proceed with transferring above Trial iC if you are not from the Foundation team.
7. log your transfers on the Discord #transfer-log immediately or as soon as possible.
8. Every transferee must be only given the first rank of the division.
6.0.2 Requirements for a transfer:
1. The agency must have at least 150+ members in their main ID badge.
2. The transferee must be at their agency for at least 3 days.
3. Their Agency must have an active HQ.
4. If the transferee’s achievement score is under 650, deny the transfer.
5. Transferees must not be under National Punishment, on the Do Not Transfer list (DnT) or Ban on Sight.
6. Transferees must not be a member of any MIA's alliances.
7. If the transferee was a previous standard, then they don't face a demotion (only if they have been exclusively a standard).
6.0.3 Return Policy :
1. If a transferee used to work at MIA and wishes to transfer back, same division are offered to them.
2. If they wishes to transfer back for the 2nd time, offer them 1 divisions lower than normal offer.
3. Any individual who wished to transfer for the 3rd time will not be allowed back to MIA (If encountered one, please ask the Foundation team for them to be added in our DNT List).

1. Make sure the person you approach isn’t already working in another agency;
2. Make sure Recruit achievement score is 650 or more;
3. Don't use alt for recruiting might lead to immediately fired if exposed
4. Make sure the person you approach is interested in working at MIA;
5. Recruitment will be complete when the person in question is wearing the MIA badge and Motto;
6. No poaching;
1. Make sure the person you approach isn’t already working in another agency;
2. Make sure Recruit achievement score is 650 or more;
3. Don't use alt for recruiting might lead to immediately fired if exposed
4. Make sure the person you approach is interested in working at MIA;
5. Recruitment will be complete when the person in question is wearing the MIA badge and Motto;

8.0 strike policy
8.0.1 The disciplinary action will be taken immediately once conflicts are to happen within base :
1. If the worker has been caught breaking the rules in any way, they are subjected to being warned.
2. When punishing offenders, they must be punished fairly according to the severity of their wrong doing.
3. Valid evidence must be provided for the situation before any disciplinary action is enforced. Screenshot of the current situation is a must to continue for further action. They must be sent to the Internal Affairs Unit for approval.
4. Internal Affairs Unit will log the strikes/demotions/fires in Discord MIA Server.
5. The logs will be reviewed by the member of the Internal Affairs Unit and will be approved/rejected based on the evidence provided in the log from Foundation Team.
6. The disciplinary policies should be acted upon immediately once conflicts are to happen in base.
8.0.2 If a MIA staff feel the punishment is injustice, please provide the screenshot of the proof that will prove this wrong accusation
8.0.3 Warning :
Warning are to be given at first wrong doing of a person that working at MIA. This action will not required for issuer to log the warning in Discord Server.
8.0.4 Striking :
Strikes are given by employees in the IA unit or Foundation Team. Strikes may only be handed out to employees who have broken the rules twice or more. Note that strikes will eventually lead to a demotion or fired. There is a total 3 strikes before an employee is demote or fired, striking is as followed :
Strike 1 (x1) – The employee will be given 1st strike and logged for first time in Strike Log channel
Strike 2 (x2) – The employee will be given 2nd strike and logged for second time in Strike Log channel
Strike 3 – The consequences of getting 3rd strike is getting demotion or fired (will be determined by Foundation Team)
The IA Unit who gave out the strike may remove it if they deem it necessary. Founder+ may also can remove the strike. When the strike is removed, it will need to be updated in the Strike Log channel.
Please make sure all strikes are logged into Discord Server.
8.0.5 Demotions :
Demotions are handed out by IA Unit and Foundation Team, however, you will need to follow the striking system (stated above). demotions based on biased reasoning are deemed invalid. Demotions occur when an employee has 3 strikes and continually disobeys rules and their superiors. Please make sure all demotions are logged into the discord server.
8.0.6 Firing :
Firing is handed out by IA Leadership or Foundation Team. A firing happens when the employee has 3 strikes and if there is a valid reason.
Although it is preferred to follow the striking system when discharging employees, there will be times when employees will get fired without getting strikes. For example, an employee who double jobbing in any agency.
There will be two lists that a discharged employee will be placed into:
1) Fired and Allowed to Rehire
- They are allowed to re-join the agency after 1 week of fired
- Approval from Foundation Team is a must in order to allow the fired staff to re-join the agency
2) Fired and Do Not Hire
- These person are not allowed to re-join after they got fired

9.0 loa policy
9.0.1 When you can’t log in to Habbo for longer than a week, so if you’re absent for more than 7 days, it is REQUIRED to file a leave of absence.
1. This is provided only for iC's Division.
2. You do this through our Discord in #loa-request channel and informing the Foundation team.
3. The maximum time you can request for LOA is 2 months.
4. If, due to personal reasons you need longer than two months off, you are allowed to ask for an extension of your LOA.
5. If you do need an extension we would like you to demote into normal rank or retire until you are ready to be back again.
6. Not filing a LOA and going offline for a 8 day period will result in repercussions.
9.0.2 While a staff on LOA, they are not allowed to obtain pay or promotion during the period. However they can help several duty that specific for iC's duty during the LOA.
1. This is provided only for iC's Division.
2. You do this through our Discord in #loa-request channel and informing the Foundation team.
3. The maximum time you can request for LOA is 2 months.
4. If, due to personal reasons you need longer than two months off, you are allowed to ask for an extension of your LOA.
5. If you do need an extension we would like you to demote into normal rank or retire until you are ready to be back again.

10.0.2 PROMOTION FOR IC MEMBERS :
1. iC members will only be promoted by the Foundation team, all other ranks are not allowed to promote any iC member.
2. A minimum of the stated duration is required before your next promotion :
Trial iC's : 1 week
Government : 2 weeks
Deputy Chief : 1 month
Chief : 2 months
3. Promotion is only given if the Foundation team decides that you deserve a promotion based on your good conduct in base and are active working in MIA.

- iC members are considered inactive if they have not promoted, trained or made a payvouch request for themselves or other staff.
- If they are offline or inactive for 7 days without a LOA, the iC member will be denied of their rank and will be placed in incative iC's list.
- Foundation team will decide what will happen to inactive members if they decide to return - which will lead to a demotion or removal of iC badges.
11.0 rr & badge admin
11.0.1 Room Right Information :
1. Foundation Team and will have the access on Room Right in all Habbo MIA's Room
2. Directorates Division will have half access on Room Right in all Habbo MIA's Room
3. They are assigned to take care the surrounding of MIA base
4. Any room right holder must not misuse the superiority that has been granted for good uses
5. Room right holder will be taken away if there occur any unreasonable behavior while using room right
11.0.2 Badge Admin Information :
1. Badge Admin will be given to the iC's that is related and must have the admin on certain badges
2. They are assigned to manage the member on the badge
3. Any badge admin must not misuse the superiority that has been granted for good uses
4. Badge admin will be taken away if there occur any unreasonable behavior

12.0 sv policy
12.0.1 Special Visitors are similar to V.I.P which stands for Very Important Person. Therefore special visitors are important people or personage who are accorded special privileges due to their high social status, influence or importance.
12.0.2 To be one of the Special Visitors, you need to purchase the badge from the founders of MIA. You must be wondering, what privileges do you get when you are a Special Visitor at MIA. Well, here are the privileges:

We will terminate the alliance contract once there are valid break of terms on Allies between both agency
- Main badge member at least 100 member and above
- An active agency (not military / roleplay agency )
- Must have External Affairs Unit
- Have to abide each terms applied between both agencies

- Must be an active agency since the agreement
- The members in agency must not partake in mafia group / illegal group
- The members from from both agencies cannot transfer between each other
- The External Affairs or member of the agency can visit the agency each other but strictly following the general rules as provided

- External Affairs Division will get Alliance Badge
- The member of the agency in iC Division can have the Alliance Badge
- The member in Alliance Badge must join the MIA Discord Server
- Member in Alliance Badge can participate in our event

15.0.1 All official staff of MIA must join MIA Discord Server for managing the system and getting information
15.0.2 Discord Admin are handled by Foundation Team and Directorates. Any inquiries you may direct message to us

1. Respect all members regardless rank, age, gender
2. No spamming, trolling or aguing each other
3. Strictly no scamming, phishing and hacking other members in the server
4. Content that is obscene, pornographic, excessively violent, explicit, harmful, vulgar, hateful, racially, ethnically or otherwise offensive or
discriminatory are prohibited
5. Not allowed to invite others server till you ask Discord Admin permission
6. Please make your nickname in server same as your habbo in game name
7. Do not use @ here or @ everyone unless it is for important announcement
15.0.4 Do follow all the rules stated above or else getting disciplinary action by Discord Admin. Please approach Discord Admin if got any inquiries

16.0.1 Alt account was provided for any circumstances in order to working at MIA by using other accounts
16.0.2 Alt account are allowed to use if :
1. Your main account is muted in a given time
2. Your main account is banned
3. Or other issue that might force you to use alt account
16.0.3 Do not use alt account for negative behavior such as scamming other user. If get caught you will be fired from MIA immediately
16.0.4 Do not use alt account for work use if you can manage it by using your main account. If get caught you will be having a disciplinary action by Internal Affairs (including pay)
16.0.5 All alt account must be approved by Foundation Team and must join the MIA Alt Badge before entering the base
16.0.2 Alt account are allowed to use if :
1. Your main account is muted in a given time
2. Your main account is banned
3. Or other issue that might force you to use alt account
16.0.3 Do not use alt account for negative behavior such as scamming other user. If get caught you will be fired from MIA immediately
